We are committed in providing our clients with the following professional staffing services: * Permanent Placement * Contract Placement * Local/International Executive Search Our search process involves multiple steps but generally falls into four main phases: > Phase I: Understanding Your Requirement > Phase II: Research and Potential Candidate Identification > Phase III: Candidate Contact, Evaluation and Presentation > Phase IV: Interviews, Referencing, Offer, Negotiation, Closure and Transition Management Phase I: Understanding Your Requirements The first phase of the search is to work closely with you to develop a complete and thorough understanding of the position to be filled and the qualifications of the individual you are seeking. Equally important will be a clear perception of the unique characteristics of the environment in which the successful candidate will be working. Phase II: Research and Potential Candidate Identification The second phase of the search involves an extensive research effort to identify potentially qualified candidates and sources. During this search, we will be using our proprietary databases, targeting appropriate companies, sourcing key industry executives and doing some confidential checking on potentially qualified candidates. The result of this Phase will be the review of a "long-list" of potentially interesting candidates. Phase III: Candidate Contact, Evaluation and Presentation The third phase of the search involves our contacting the agreed targeted executives and others and screening them for interest and qualifications. At the conclusion of this phase, we would expect to present a final panel of candidates or "short-list" for your consideration. Phase IV: Interviews, Referencing, Offer, Negotiation, Closure and Transition Management The final phase of the search, the selection and closing, although primarily your responsibility for execution, will be coordinated by us. This will include the coordination of initial and subsequent meetings with you and others as appropriate, the communication of the results of each meeting to you and the candidates, the development of a strategy for final offer, the management of a thorough reference checking process, and the closing of the successful candidate and the management of the transition. |
